  • Stay aware of how market utilization impacts both borrow and supply rates. In highly utilized pools, borrowing costs can rise quickly, reducing profitability, while supply returns can improve with higher demand.
  • Regularly monitor your Loan-to-Value (LTV) and liquidation prices, especially when borrowing volatile assets like ETH or wBTC. Keep an eye on the value of both the borrowed asset and the collateral.
